Low Carb Tomato Soup

This low-carb Tomato Soup only has 5 ingredients, that you probably already have handy in your kitchen. Super creamy and super easy makes this a perfect soup recipe for those chilly winter days! Thank you to Jennifer Banz for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 oz Jar of no sugar added marinara (my favorite brand is Rayos)

  • 1 Cup chicken broth

  • ½ Cup Heavy cream

  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato paste

  • 2 Tablespoons Granular Sweetener (Lakanto is my favorite brand)

  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all of your ingredients in a medium-size saucepan.

  • Cook until all the ingredients have been cooked together thoroughly and bubbly. Should take about ten minutes.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
