Low Carb Tomato Soup
This low-carb Tomato Soup only has 5 ingredients, that you probably already have handy in your kitchen. Super creamy and super easy makes this a perfect soup recipe for those chilly winter days! Thank you to Jennifer Banz for this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
24 oz Jar of no sugar added marinara (my favorite brand is Rayos)
1 Cup chicken broth
½ Cup Heavy cream
2 Tablespoons Tomato paste
2 Tablespoons Granular Sweetener (Lakanto is my favorite brand)
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all of your ingredients in a medium-size saucepan.
Cook until all the ingredients have been cooked together thoroughly and bubbly. Should take about ten minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
