REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
ITEMS/SERVICES PURCHASED ON THE WARRIOR WELLNESS PROGRAMS WEBSITE If you should for any reason need to return a product or want a refund on a service purchase, please contact our customer service department at cptlincoln@fireteamwhiskey.com. We will be happy to accept back any unopened, undamaged, unused products within 30 days of purchase and refund your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). If you have used or damaged product, we will only reimburse the cost of the packages that are unopened and undamaged at a pro-rated price. If the product has a manufacturers defect, and will be happy to replace the item at no charge. We will NOT accept any returns beyond the 30-day purchase date. Refunds are provided via the payment method/card/account used at the time of purchase.
COACHING PACKAGES: We do not refund coaching packages. The program is purchased up front. If extenuating circumstances occur preventing the person from completing the program (severe injury, illness, or death), then a prorated refund may be considered. Each request will be considered on a case by case basis. Just know this, if you decide you just don’t want to work on your health anymore, that is not reason for a refund. Part of the incentive to abide by a coaching program is the fact that you are paying for a service and have an accountability partner you are paying for.
