Because they COMPLETELY downplay the hard journey those people who have successfully lost weight and kept it off went through!

Or saying Tom Brady is “just lucky”!
Or Oprah was “just in the right place at the right time”!
Behind every success story is a story of blood, sweat, and tears.
It’s no wonder most give up!

They threaten you, “you will gain all of it back if you don’t continue”. You get locked into some sick bargain where you are paying like crazy to just keep your results.
Stop the insanity. You are not dumb. You know that the 50 pounds you put on in the last 10 years isn’t going to vanish overnight. Stop looking for temporary quick fixes that will only empty your bank account and damage your health, making it harder to lose weight in the future.
What we do isn’t rocket science. It is good whole food nutrition. Consistent fitness conditioning. Mindset shift from being an unhealthy person to a healthy person. Daily changes in your behavior that take you in baby steps on the path to long-term health. Sure, we have had guys lose 30 pounds in 30 days, but you want to know what? They didn’t gain it back. They just happened to be in the rare mindset when they signed up with us that they were done with the bullshit and they were committed to a permanent lifestyle change.
