Jim is a First Responder spouse. Jim’s personal fitness and health journey started when his father was hospitalized in 2018. Jim was angry with his father for not taking care of himself, but in truth, he was afraid, because he knew that he was following in his fathers footsteps. He had recently turned 40, had put in a good amount of weight was tired all the time. He knew that if he continued on this path, his 4 children would one day be in the same situation as he was with his own father. Jim had a friend who had experienced amazing results with the Fire Team Whiskey Program, so he took a chance and signed up. 10 months later, he is in the best shape of his life and his blood work results reflect that he is now in impeccable health. Even better, his whole family joined him in this journey and have never been fitter and healthier. Jim was inspired to get his Certification in fitness and help others turn their lives around. Jim’s approach to Training is a partnership and accountability system: he wants to learn from you as much he can and in turn he feels this will make him a better trainer for all of those he is helping through Fire Team Whiskey.
