If you are on a Battle Buddy Program or doing Nutrition Coaching with CPT Lincoln, you will receive a customized eating plan on the FTW app. So, please refer back to their guidance for you individually on what you should be doing for your eating plan.

If you are a FTW App Member and are choosing your program nutrition plan to do in conjunction with your FTW fitness routine, you have many options here. Choose the one that is best for you and your lifestyle right now. Our eating plans are laid out below in order of LEAST to MOST restrictive/refined. We recommend that you start with the least restrictive plan first and then progress from there no faster than every 30 days. Many people start with one of the Trainer Nutrition Plans, then to the .22 CAL Nutrition Plan, and work their way down this list. Notice, we do have a Vegan/Vegetarian plan for those of you who have that requirement.
