Coconut Cranberry Breakfast Bars

 4 large eggs

 1 cup half and half (or whole milk)

 1 cup water

 3 tsp vanilla

 0.50 tsp vanilla protein powder

 1 cup almond flour (ground almonds)

 1 cup Fructevia or Steviva Blend

 1 cup unsweetened coconut

 0.50 cup unsweetened cranberries

Place all ingredients into a large bowl.

Stir until well combined.

Pour into a greased (we suggest with cocount oil) 9x13" casserole dish.

I sprinkle Fructevia sweetened coconut on top, also.

Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350°F until golden brown.
