Tiramisu Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients needed:

- 1/2 c unsweetened almond, cashew, coconut, or regular milk
- 1/2 c cooled or cold brew coffee
- 1/4-1/2 tsp rum extract
- 1 T cacao or unsweet cocoa
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 T ground flaxseed
- 1 T almond or cashew butter
- 1 scoop Prime Protein Vanilla
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese
- dash of pink salt
- 1 c ice
- (optional)1 date or 1/2 banana to sweeten
