Protein Pumpkin Muffins

Wet Ingredients:

- 1/3 can of pumpkin purée⁠
- 2 eggs⁠
- 1/4c maple syrup⁠
- 1tsp vanilla⁠

Dry Ingredients:

- 1 scoop Prime Protein (we used vanilla)⁠
- 1/4c flour of choice⁠
- 1tsp baking powder⁠
- pinch of salt⁠
- cinnamon to taste⁠
- 1 or 1/2c quick oats⁠

Directions:

- Preheat oven to 375

- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Once completely mixed, spray muffin pan and scoop mixture into muffin cups, and put in the oven for 30mins
