How badly did you lie to yourself this year?
Can I ask you a straight-forward question? How badly did you lie to yourself this year? You said this year you were going to <insert your 2021 health goal here>. Did you do it yet? Statistics say if you are reading this, most likely, the answer is NO.
Maybe you said this year you were going to workout 5 days a week, no matter what.
Did you do it?
You said 2021 was going to be “your year” because you know, 2020 was kind of a bitch, you got off track, but you had no excuses for 2021.
Is it your year? Are you CRUSHING your goals? Or did you go right back to those old excuses?
And now here we are halfway into 2021 doing the same things again and again hoping for a different result. (By the way, that is the definition of insanity, you know)
But you know what they say about a goal without a plan, right?
A goal without a plan... is just a dream.
Dreams don’t get rid of that muffin top or that spare tire around your waist. Dreams don’t make your doctor stop telling you that you are pre-diabetic, obese, or needing to go on a cholesterol-lowering medication. Dreams don’t make your skinny clothes come out of the back of the closet and fit perfectly.
Another question: Do you consider yourself an open-minded person?
If so, do you mind if I recommend a plan to make sure for the rest of 2021 you do what you said you were going to do?
You already know, there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” weight loss plan. Everybody is different and requires some experimentation and exploration to find the perfect equation for your own body’s requirement to lose weight. Anyone who tells you “just eat less and move more” can go jump in a lake. That, for some people, is actually the thing that will make them GAIN WEIGHT! Our biologies are very complicated and unique and require your own perfect equation to kick start and SUSTAIN weight loss.
So I’m going to ask you a series of “yes” or “no” questions, to see if our particular approach is right for you. (If your answer is “no” to any of these, then this may not be the best fit.)
Is the #1 reason you're not hitting your health goals is because you are not consistent with your efforts?
When you do lose weight, do you hit a plateau and can’t seem to lose any more weight, no matter how hard you try.
Do you get frustrated with feeling like you have no willpower or motivation to do what you need to do to succeed?
If you’re still reading this, I’m guessing you answered “yes” to all of the above.
If you answered yes to the above, YOU NEED A CUSTOMIZED WEIGHT LOSS AND FITNESS PLAN FOR YOUR BODY AND A COACH TO HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE TO YOUR COMMITMENTS.
I know already what you are thinking and you need to throw that shit excuse right out the window. Not today Satan! That is the devil lying to you. Or, if you are not Christian, then it is your inner self sabatoger. The one that is afraid of change and being uncomfortable and the one that gives you all those amazing excuses every time you start to try and improve your life.
“You can’t afford it.”
“You don’t have time.”
“It probably won’t work anyway. You will fail, don’t even bother, just be fat and sick until you die.”
The devil is a liar and you need to stop listening to that shit. 😈
You can afford it. Do you know why? Because, if you are on the track to be obese and sick for the rest of your life, even if you have insurance, you will on average pay out of pocket an average of $120,000 more for your care over your lifetime. If you paid for a permanent solution to your health struggles and lost weight and got healthy the measly investment in 90 days of health and fitness coaching is a teeny, tiny percentage of what you will pay if you stay sick and overweight.
You have time. Why? Because if you don’t take the time NOW to get yourself on a path to long-term health and fitness, you will be out of time. Like the ultimate out of time. Don’t want to invest the time to get well? Go ahead and subtract 20 years from your lifespan. The average life span of a healthy American is 78 years old. That means you will most likely only live to around the age of 58. Let that sink in. Dying at 58 means you will almost likely miss out on walking your daughter down the aisle, playing with your grandkids, growing old, and retiring in Florida with the love of your life. This excuse makes me personally disgusted because as a person who lost her Dad to cancer when he was only 53, I have personally been affected by that excuse. My father did not walk me down the aisle. He never even met 4 of his grandkids. His dreams of retirement travel went unrealized. If you don’t make the time now, you are exchanging that time to miss out on the wonderful life moments you could experience in the last 20 years of your life.
It probably won’t work anyway. Really? Are you a psychic? Do you have ESP? Do you have a magical future-telling crystal ball? Di your astrology chart tell you that? Come on, you know that excuse to be what it is, a self-fulfilling prophecy. I am so glad that myself and all the other hundreds of people who have lost weight, got fit, and gained their health and vitality through our programs shut that excuse down. They took a chance, but they GAVE IT A CHANCE and IT PAID OFF! (By the way, have you seen our before and after page and read all the testimonials and feedback videos from all the people who experienced amazing success with our coaching programs? If not check them out here.
So the question is - why aren’t you going ALL IN and investing in YOUR BODY’S PERFECT weight loss, fitness, and health formula and stop spinning your wheels with excuses and “one-size doesn’t fit all” fitness and nutrition plans?
The bottom line is until you decide you are worth it, you won’t do it.
I had a guy today walk by me who was watching me work out. He commented, “That look’s like too much work!” I stood there, sweaty and panting, with my Fire Team Whiskey Fitness video playing on my phone, my muscles rippling, being at the lowest body fat and fitter than I have ever been in my life, feeling so alive, strong, and healthy, I looked him over. He had a HUGE beer belly, he was clinically obese, he looked pale and had zero muscle mass. He was an older gentleman and he looked about one Twinkie away from a major medical emergency. This isn’t cruel, it’s the truth and this is all you get from us at Fire Team Whiskey, if you don’t like that, then we are NOT the program for you. (By the way, do they even make Twinkie’s anymore? 🤔) I said very firmly, “Yes, it is a lot of work, but you know what? I am worth it!” and I put my headphones back on and got back to my workout.
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! Rock bottom? Reaching your highest weight? A medical crisis?
You might be, that actually is the case for most people. People wait until they reach panic mode to make the change, but what is sad is that they could have saved themself a lot of time, suffering, money and effort if they just said “I love myself enough to commit my all to this.”
Ouch, that hurts. The “time, money, motivation, willpower, fear of failure” are all B.S. EXCUSES. It comes down to the fact that you don’t value yourself enough to invest your time, money, willpower, and motivation to living your healthiest, fittest, and best life.
You are only thing standing in your own way.
Here’s how we can help:
You'll have access to me and our expert nutrition, behavior change, and fitness Trainers and Coaches.
You will have our state-of-the-art app with everything you need to follow your plan, track your progress, and get held accountable for what you committed to.
You will get CUSTOM nutrition and fitness plan that we will constantly tweak in order to get the best, most consistent results for your body.
We’ll support you with a weekly Coaching call with your Trainer to help you with your motivation and accountability, weekly group coaching calls with one of the FTW Trainers, and your peer group on the Fire Team Whiskey APp who are all doing the same thing as you and trying to achieve their best selves, so you can encourage each other as well. (This isn’t another gym membership, diet plan, or gym equipment you purchase but never actually use).
90 days. Give it your all. You are worth it.
P.s. Don’t cheapen the value of permanent weight loss and good health. Those gyms that brag about having $9 monthly membership make billions of dollars on the 80% of people who pay that and NEVER USE THE GYM. Yes, that is the statistic. Gyms make money on the people to DON’T go to the gym, not the people who do. They found the magical money making formula. Bet on people to fail by giving them a solution that won’t work. We do the opposite. We want you to be so successful at the end of your 90 days and so confident in your ability to keep your progress up on your own, you tell us you don’t need us anymore. That makes us VERY HAPPY! We want you to not need us and our goal is to get you to that place. Now, many people retain access to the FTW app because they really like the tracking features, accountability tools and the thousands of workout options we have on the app, but our goal is to get you equipped to never need us again. If we were just out to make money, we would do like all those box gyms do and just sit back and know people will pay and people will fail and then we just keep taking their money. That’s just pure evil. 😈👿😡🤬
