Low Carb, egg free "Egg Nog"
Thank you to KetoMojo for this recipe! I didn’t think it could be done, but yes, this is a low-carb-friendly alternative for the normally extremely sweet egg nog recipe. And crazy….it’s egg-free!

Ingredients
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ cups unsweetened macadamia nut milk
4 oz full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup keto maple syrup (we recommend the Lakanto brand, it’s made from monk fruit and delish!)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz rum or vodka (optional)
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until frothy.

Serve over ice, or heat and serve warm. Garnish with more cinnamon and nutmeg (optional).
