What she does not envision is being unhappy with her body, her health, and her fitness on that day. When I finally set a date (after a 12 year engagement) to say “I do”, I, like other brides to be wanted to start preparing to be the best version of me I could be on my wedding day. Most brides-to-be immediately sign up for some extreme Bridal Boot Camp or go on a crash diet. I wanted to create something different. A bridal health and fitness program that focused on being STRONGER inside and out. Not focusing on what size that wedding dress you want to fit into, but a focus on a STRONG and HEALTHY mind, body and spirit. I created Bridal Beast, a 30 day program focused on getting you nutritionally healthy, focused on a positive body image and self esteem, and of course, a STRONG BODY. We are not creating delicate blushing brides with this program. We are creating BRIDAL BEASTS! Strong women who are pursing a better health, wealth and fitness every day. A woman who knows where she is going in life and has the determination and drive to achieve anything. These are our Bridal Beasts. BRIDAL BEAST GET EQUIPPED
For the Bridal Beast Program you will need specific workout equipment:
2-3 sets of dumbbell weights ranging from light, medium and heavy (weight depending on where you are at in your fitness journey)
fitness sliders
a mat
Below are the brands we recommend if you are needing to purchase these items before you get started. Most gyms have dumbbells and mats, but fitness sliders can be hard to find. What is great is that they are very portable, so if you plan to do the workouts at a gym, you can just bring your fitness sliders with you to the gym so you can do all the moves.
Abs are made in the kitchen! An ESSENTIAL part of the Bridal Beast Program is to follow the SIMPLE nutrition plan. Eat like you love yourself and follow this nutrition plan while you are doing the Bridal Beast workouts. We promise this will help you burn the fat of faster and feel a whole lot more energized for these tough workouts!
