THE SHRED 20 SEVEN DAY CHALLENGE SCHEDULE
Day 1: Total Body
Day 2: Cardio HIIT
Day 3 : Upperbody
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Day 6: EMOM (every minute on the minute)
Day 7: Rest day or Bonus Workout
BONUS WORKOUT: Add the extra 10 min bonus workout after one of the workouts or on Day 7 to get a extra calorie burn or as you progress add the 10 min bonus video 2-3 times a week when you have the time.
